Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

OVERVIEW

The Fairwell Skincare Referral Program ("Program") allows customers to refer friends and earn rewards. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

• Referrers must be existing Fairwell Skincare customers.
• The referred friend must be a new customer who has never placed an order with Fairwell Skincare.

HOW IT WORKS

• Share your unique referral link with friends via email, text, or social media.
• Your friend will receive $10 off their first purchase of $80 or more before taxes and shipping.
• After your friend completes their purchase, you will receive a $10 discount for a future order.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other referral promotions.

REWARD CONDITIONS

• The $10 referral reward can only be used on orders of $80+ (excluding taxes and shipping).
• Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  
• If a referred order is canceled or refunded, the associated referral reward may be revoked.

ABUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION

• Self-referrals or referring individuals within the same household are not allowed.
• Bulk distribution, spam, or any fraudulent activity intended to manipulate the Program is strictly prohibited.
• Fairwell Skincare reserves the right to disqualify participants or revoke rewards if misuse is detected.

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION

• Fairwell Skincare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to new referrals moving forward.
